Pre-launch service
Sea of Green is not yet operating. Pre-registration expresses interest only. It is not an application for credit, does not create any agreement to provide financing, and does not entitle you to participate.
Eligibility
Only licensed cannabis businesses operating legally under the laws of their state may pre-register as retailers or brands. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it for your business.
No offer or advice
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, loan or other financial product, or investment, legal or tax advice.
Wallets and blockchain features
Any on-chain features are experimental. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and you are responsible for your wallet and its keys.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit someone else's license or business information.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site or its APIs.
