For brands

Get paid when you ship, not when the terms say.

Factor wholesale invoices to licensed retailers and turn delivered product into working capital, priced on how well it sells through.

How it works

From delivered invoice to cash in hand.

  1. 01

    Connect your ERP

Link Distru, LeafLink, Canix, LeafTrade or Nabis so invoices and deliveries are verified at the source.

  2. 02

    Choose invoices to factor

Pick open invoices to licensed retailers. Each shows its advance amount and Cost+ fee before you commit.

  3. 03

    Get paid on delivery

Approved invoices are advanced to you once delivery is confirmed, instead of on net-30 to net-90 terms.

  4. 04

    Retailer pays the pool

Your customer's payment settles the advance. You see collection status per invoice, in one place.

Why Sea of Green

Your sales data is an asset. Use it.

  • Cash for the next run

Fund cultivation inputs, packaging and payroll from goods you've already delivered.

  • Rates tied to sell-through

Invoices for SKUs that turn fast at retail carry a lower fee. Your best products earn you cheaper capital.

  • Non-dilutive

Factoring finances specific invoices. It doesn't take equity or put a lien on the whole company.

  • Retail visibility

See how your products sell through at participating stores, scored with the same indices that set your rates.

  • Fewer collection calls

Repayment runs through the exchange, so chasing late invoices stops being your team's job.

  • Built for compliance

Only licensed brands selling to licensed retailers in legal markets are eligible.

On delivery

Paid when it leaves the dock.

Once a licensed retailer confirms delivery, the invoice can be advanced. Your cash cycle runs on shipping dates instead of net-60 terms.

Working capital tied to sell-through means a strong season pays for the next one, without giving up equity or pledging the whole farm.
