This notice explains what Trees N Clouds Technologies, Corp. (“Sea of Green”, “we”) collects through this website and pre-registration, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: email address and sign-in information.
• Business details you submit when pre-registering: organization name, state license number, business address, phone, business email, POS or ERP provider, and any notes you add.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site securely, such as IP address and request logs.
• If you connect a crypto wallet, its public address. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases.

How we use it

• To review your pre-registration and contact you about the pilot.
• To verify license status with state regulators.
• To secure the site and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host and operate the site (for example, authentication and database hosting), under contracts that limit their use of it, or where the law requires.

Retention and your choices

We keep pre-registration data while the pilot is being formed and delete it on request. To access, correct or delete your information, email contact@seaofgreen.xyz.
